Sex Pistols Featuring Frank Carter Announce 2025 Australian Tour
The UK punk act will be performing Never Mind the Bollocks in full.

British punk icons the Sex Pistols are back together and heading Down Under in April with Frank Carter (from The Rattlesnakes) on vocal duties.
Not only are the Sex Pistols performing five shows in April, but they’ll be playing their classic album, Never Mind the Bollocks, Here's the Sex Pistols, in its entirety. That’s right, this is your chance to hear ‘God Save the Queen’, ‘Anarchy in the UK’ and ‘Pretty Vacant’ live for the first time in years.
The current lineup of drummer Paul Cook, guitarist Steve Jones and bassist Glen Matlock enlisted Frank Carter for several charity shows late last year in London. The performances went down so well that the quartet decided to take the show on the road.
The tour commences at Melbourne’s Festival Hall on Saturday, April 5 and continues with dates at Adelaide’s Hindley Street Music Hall on Sunday, April 6, Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion on Tuesday, April 8 and Brisbane’s Fortitude Music Hall on Wednesday, April 9, before things wrap up with a final performance at Fremantle Prison on Friday, April 11.
There are two pre-sales, with the first taking place on Tuesday, January 21 from 10:30am local time until Thursday, January 23 at 10:30am local time, and the second on Wednesday, January 22 from 10:30am until Thursday, January 23 at 10:30am.

Pioneers of the UK punk scene, the Sex Pistols’ initial career lasted under three years, with the band releasing just one album, the iconic Never Mind the Bollocks, Here's the Sex Pistols.
The record topped the UK charts but the chaos that followed the band caused them to burn out quickly, with the Pistols breaking up during their US tour.
The band reunited for several shows and tours over the years before vocalist John Lydon's radical political views ostracised him from the group. Carter was recruited for the two charity shows and is now the permanent vocalist for this incarnation of the band.
