Selfish Sons Plot Australian Tour 2025
Catch the Brisbane indie rockers at Jive next month.
Brizzy indie rockers Selfish Sons are heading out on the road in support of their newly released EP, What A Beautiful Waste of Time.
Having spent the past year living in LA and supporting the likes of the Jonas Brothers, Jordy and Finn Polbodetto and good mate Jonty Carlson have returned to Australia for a special run of shows, beginning with a gig at Adelaide’s Jive on Thursday, February 27.
The trio then have two shows locked in at Melbourne’s Northcote Social Club on Friday, February 28 and Saturday, March 1, before ending their whirlwind tour with shows at Brisbane’s The Triffid on Friday, March 7 and Sydney’s Factory Theatre on Saturday, March 8.
Selfish Sons will be joined by South Sydney guitar rockers Sesame Girl, whose most recent release was the playful ‘not ur bitch’.
Tickets for all shows are on sale now via Live Nation.

Selfish Sons first met on the set of a Mazda commercial when they were kids and quickly became firm friends and started a band together.
The trio of brothers Jordy Polbodetto (vocals, guitar) and Finn Polbodetto (drums) alongside longtime mate Jonty Carlson (bass) have come a long way since then, having shared a raft of jangly indie-pop singles and two EPs, 2022s Secondhand Emotion and last year’s What a Beautiful Waste of Time.
The lads have also supported fellow Aussie success story Kid Laroi and American duo The Driver Era, winning over fans with their energetic live performances and catchy indie fare.
