Puffy pitas filled with Mediterranean flavours are one thing to expect from Forrestville’s latest eatery, POMPOM. Devised by the brains behind some of your favourite venues (Part Time Lover, Just Down The Road, Sofia), this studio-gram-designed all-day diner occupies a light-filled space in the atrium of the Forrestville Demonstration Space. What’s in store? Honest ingredients, good quality produce and carbs akin to Totti’s famed wood-fired bread. Come for the subs, stay for the adjacent gallery space that’ll host live music and workshops soon.
