This year’s Froth & Fury Fest was the biggest and best iteration of the festival yet. 33 international, national and local bands performed across three outdoor stages at Port Adelaide’s iconic Hart’s Mill, with the likes of Fear Factory, Testeagles, These New South Whales and Thy Art Is Murder putting on incredible sets that had punters going mad in the mosh.

For those who missed out on a ticket or want to relive all the action, the organisers behind Froth & Fury Fest have today unveiled the Official After Movie. Shot and edited by Kaleidoscope Productions, the video brilliantly captures all the action from this year’s Froth & Fury Fest and is soundtracked by music from Fear Factory, Testeagles and Northlane.

We sent along our heavy music specialist Will Oakeshott to take in all the action, who ended his review of the festival with this statement: “So concludes Froth & Fury 2024, and what was BIGGER than fact in reflection was the spirit, the vastness and the wildness of this heavy music festival occurring only in Adelaide should be the envy of all of Australia, and in all probability, the world.”

The inaugural Froth & Fury Fest took place in 2021 at Pirate Life Brewing and featured 23 local acts. Since then the festival has grown each year, with the second edition attracting over 2,500 people with a lineup featuring several international acts, including Scottish pirate rockers Alestorm, while last year’s festival saw over 4,000 punters headbanging in the streets surrounding Pirate Life to bands such as The Butterfly Effect, Suicidal Tendencies and Sunk Loto.

Forth & Fury Fest has quietly established itself as arguably Australia’s premier heavy music festival and we can’t wait to see what organisers deliver next year.
