The Comedians Announce Encore 2024 Australian Tour
Mick Molloy, Lawrence Mooney, Sam Pang, and Marty Sheargold will bring the laughs to audiences across Australia later this year.
After selling out theatres across the country last year, Mick Molloy, Lawrence Mooney, Sam Pang, and Marty Sheargold return with The Comedians 2024 Australian tour.
The four funnymen are kings of the Aussie comedy scene, having conquered not only the stand-up arena but also radio, television and even podcasts. The quartet’s new tour will see them play nine shows between August and November this year.
The tour commences in Sydney at the Enmore Theatre on Friday, August 2. The lads then play the Sydney Coliseum Theatre in Rooty Hill on Saturday, August 3 followed by two shows at the Canberra Theatre Centre in Canberra on Friday, August 9 and Saturday, August 10 and two shows at the Darwin Entertainment Centre in Darwin on Friday, August 23 and Saturday, August 24.
After a short break, the tour continues in Adelaide at the Adelaide Festival Centre on Saturday, October 19 and finishes with two shows at the Townsville Civic Theatre in Townsville on Friday, November 8 and Saturday, November 9.
All four comedians are stars in their own right, with Mick Molly the face of the footy entertainment program The Front Bar and can be heard on Triple M’s Sydney breakfast show alongside Mark 'MG' Geyer.
Sam Pang also appears on The Front Bar and is a regular panellist on Have You Been Paying Attention? He also hosted the 2023 Logie Awards, becoming the first solo host since Shane Bourne presided over the event in 2011.
Comedian Marty Sheargold is the host of Triple M’s The Marty Sheargold Show and often pops up on Have You Been Paying Attention?
Lawrence Mooney has been a mainstay of the Australian comedy scene for over three decades. He’s a stand-up, actor, author and radio presenter and much respected amongst his peers.
