Aussie rock veterans Noiseworks are playing at Hindley Street Music Hall this weekend as part of their Take Me Back tour. The Jon Stevens fronted rock and rollers are set to perform all their classic rock anthems, bringing back the ‘80s for one night only.

Fans can expect to hear all the band’s biggest hits, including ‘Touch’, ‘Hot Chilli Woman’, ‘Take Me Back’, ‘No Lies’, ‘Love Somebody’ and ‘Miles and Miles’, along with tracks from their 2022 album Evolution, such as the single ‘Heart & Soul’.

Interestingly, Noiseworks’ headline show kicks off early at 6:30pm, enabling punters to get home at a reasonable hour.

Tickets for Noiseworks at Hindley Street Music Hall this Sunday, January 12 are on sale now via Moshtix.

Emerging from Australia’s pub rock scene of the ‘80s, Noiseworks are one of the country’s most successful acts. Formed in 1986, the Sydney quintet had four ARIA Chart top ten albums – Noiseworks (1987), Touch (1988), Love Versus Money (1991) and Greatest Hits (1992) – along with three ARIA Chart top ten singles – ‘Take Me Back’, ‘Touch’ and ‘Hot Chilli Woman’.

Sadly for fans, Noiseworks disbanded in 1992, with Stevens going on to have a wildly successful solo career. That said, over the past 30 years the band have got back together for several reunion tours, finally reforming in 2016, leading to the release of their 2022 fourth studio album, Evolution.

Stalwarts of Australia’s music scene, Noiseworks are currently touring as part of Red Hot Summer Festival lineup along with playing their own headline shows in between.

Fans heading along to their Adeladie show can expect a fabulous evening of good old fashioned rock and roll.

Catch Noiseworks at Hindley Street Music Hall on Sunday, January 12. Tickets on sale now via Moshtix.
